Air Conditioning and Heating
Whilst we recommend a constant temperature of 22 degrees, the thermostat located in your room may be adjusted for temperature control. For further assistance, please contact Concierge or Reception.
Automatic Teller Machines (ATM)
The nearest ATM is located in the Lobby to the right side of the reception desk opposite the 'Lara's of Leura' Gift Shop.

Baby Cots
Baby cots are available on a complimentary basis. Our cots are suitable for out littlest guests under the age of two. Should you require a cot for your child during your stay, please contact Reception.
Babysitting
Qualified babysitters/child minders can be booked through Reception. Reservations are required at least 24 hours in advance. Charges do apply.
Basketball Court
Our brand new basketball court is now available for all resort guests to use with basketballs available at Reception.
Billiards Room
Adults head to the Billards Room and challenge someone to a game of pool, snooker or billiards. Please note this is for ages 18 and over. Please ask at Reception for access and snooker equipment.

Car Parking
Complimentary outdoor parking is available 24 hours a day for hotel guests.
Check In and Check out
Check in time is from 3:00pm. Check out time is 11:00am. Should you wish to extend your stay beyond this time, please contact Reception.
Chemist / Pharmacy
Personal items may be purchased at Reception. For prescription medication please contact Concierge for a pharmacy location.
Church Services
There are a variety of denominational churches within close proximity of the hotel. Our Concierge can assist with directions and service times.
Coffee and Tea
Complimentary tea and coffee is supplied in your room and replenished daily. Milk is located in your Mini Bar fridge. For additional supplies, please ask Reception.
Concierge
The Concierge Desk is located in the Lobby. Concierge service is available at your convenience to ensure your stay with us is comfortable and memorable. Concierge can assist you with: airline ticket confirmation, area maps, baggage pick-up/storage, children's activities, churches and religious services, dentists, doctors, florists, jogging and walking tracks, limousine service, restaurant reservations, shopping, sightseeing, umbrellas, wheelchair access.

Commitment, Involvement & Consultation
The conferencing team can help you meet the vision of your conference and deliver a quote within 24 hours.
Our events team then ensures the success of your event. This dedicated team offers planning advice, monitors the organisation of the vent step by step and supports its realisation. We also provide personalised technical assistance. Our Event production manager guarantees that you have the best tools for supporting the technical operation and audio visual equipment used at your meetings. Ask at Reception to speak with one of our Conference Organisers about your event.
Credit Cards
Fairmont Resort & Spa Blue Mountains accepts all major credit cards. A 1.3% surcharge applies to all credit card transactions.

To ensure you are not disturbed, please place the "Do Not Disturb" sign outside your door.

Early Departure Fee
An early departure fee may apply to guests checking out prior to the confirmed departure date as indicated on the original reservation. Please contact Reception for further clarification
Electrical Current
Australia operates on 240 volt AC, 50 cycles recurring current. Limited adapter plugs and transformers are available from Reception.
Email Address
If you require messages or documents to be sent to you via email and directed to your room please contact Reception prior to sending. The email address is front.desk@fairmontresort.com.au and Reception will arrange delivery once received.
Engineering
Should you find anything in your room that is not in working order, please inform Reception.
Express Check Out
If you'd like to arrange an express check out, please contact Reception.

A hairdryer is located in your wardrobe for use during your stay. If you wish to purchase the hairdryer, please contact Reception.

Identification Upon Check In
In order to ensure the security and safety of our hotel guests, you may be required to produce photo identification upon check in. As we are required to copy this information, your drivers license or passport numbers will be recorded in our reservations system.

Laundry/Dry Cleaning Services
Laundry services are available with the price list on the hotel laundry form. Laundry bags and forms are located in your wardrobe. Please place your items inside the bag, complete the form and contact the Housekeeping Department or Reception for collection. Dry cleaning is available Monday to Friday.
Leisure Facilities
A range of leisure facilities are available on site. Outdoor pool, indoor lap pool, spa, sauna, KidZone, gymnasium, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor gymnasium, pony rides, Fairmont Adventure Park and more. Please see Concierge for more information.
Lost and Found
For personal articles which may have been misplaced or lost, please contact the Housekeeping Department.

Incoming mail will be sent to your room for your convenience. Postage can also be arranged through Reception.

Mini Bar
A selection of refreshments and snacks are available for your convenience. If you require additional stock please contact Reception. A list of items is located conveniently in your Mini Bar unit.
Movie System - In House
For your in room entertainment, a selection of pay to view movies are available and can be operated by using your remote control. A charge applies for these movies. Some movies are for adult entertainment only. Should you wish this service to be blocked, please contact Reception.

A selection of daily newspapers is available with our compliments at the Sublime Lounge, Jamison's Restaurant or Library.
Non-Smoking
Fairmont Resort & Spa Blue Mountains is 100% non-smoking within the Hotel. There is a dedicated smoking area on the patio outside Embers Restaurant.

The outdoor gym equipment is designed for strength, cardio & mobility training. Located adjacent to the basketball court.

All calls are metered at Reception and will be billed to your room account. You can dial directly from the telephone in your room to make calls. The hotel places a surcharge on all calls made. Hotel management recommends that you use the safe deposit box in your room for the safekeeping of your valuable belongings. Please note that the hotel is bound by the Carriers and Innkeepers Act of 1958 and is not liable for loss of personal items left in your room.

Lara's of Leura Boutique is located next to Reception. A large variety of shopping opportunities are also located close to the Fairmont Resort, from the villages of Leura and Wentworth Falls to supermarkets and Sunday markets. Maps and recommendations are available from Concierge.
